If the reverse osmosis pure water equipment is stopped for a short time, the reverse osmosis membrane will remain in the pressure vessel of the reverse osmosis system.

The maintenance methods are as follows:      1. Flush the RO system with water and pay attention to completely remove the gas in the system.      2. Fill the pressure vessel and associated piping with water and close the associated valves to prevent gas from entering the system.    If the RO pure water equipment is permanently out of service, the cleaning system can be used for protection.      1. Prepare formaldehyde solution with the concentration of 0.5-0.7 with reverse osmosis product water, and adjust the pH value between 5-6.      2. Start the washing pump, flush the RO and take samples from the RO concentrated water. When the formaldehyde content reaches 0.5, stop flushing the pump.      3. Close all inlet and outlet valves of reverse osmosis system to ensure that the system is filled with qualified formaldehyde solution.      4. When the long-term power failure of RO protection exceeds 30 days, the above 1-4 items should be repeated to ensure the safety of the equipment.
